So Master Cleanse Day 1 remained like that. Day 1.
I gave up because I got so dizzy and grouchy (with hunger!) I decided to ease my guilt and disappointment, I'd attend yoga class instead.
Since classes are held in the same building as I work, there's really no excuse in not going. I got to work out my core (abdomen muscles). I wish I'd get abs (wishful thinking I know..;P) But I love YOGA. I love to push myself. I love the energy I get thru the other students pushing as hard as I am. So I am sticking to this discipline plus eating right to achieve the weight loss and body that I like.
