Nightmare.

I love my kids...

...but sometimes, when those rare moments where the kids are a nightmare pop up - I turn into a psycho mom ready to pounce. Last night while I was nursing a slight fever, a cough and cold and headache, the kids decided that they would rather watch TV than eat. Normally, I would be very patient , but since I don't have a nanny and I am sick, it seems my fuse was short that night.

I turned off the TV, got all their toys and gave them both a look that can melt. Both dreaded it when I am angry since I rarely do. So they miraculously behaved themselves (probably since I was scary and aloof all night).

Moments like there - I wish Hub was here. The kids listen to him. February seems too far away, I might lose my mind soon.
