I've watched the show Biggest Loser and I got to tell you, its not easy losing all those weight! That's why prevention is the key. Once you notice you're gaining a bit of weight then stop and examine why you're gaining weight. Exercise. Diet. Change your lifestyle. Eat healthier foods.
