Watching television is a luxury. When I was young we only had one tv, a small one found in our living room. It was a treat whenever there were cartoons in the local channel since we didn't have cable or satellite tv then.

Now, we have cable, a television in the living room, in the kitchen, in the 2nd floor and 3rd floor or our house. So there's no excuse really to miss a tv show. I myself seldom watch much television ever since local cable provider decided to take out my fave channel and exchange it for 3 crappy channels. I was asking my father about switching to satellite tv instead. I bet they can offer better channels and reception. What good is a nice HD TV when you have not so stellar reception right?
