Where did half of 2009 go?

Today marks the last day of half of 2009.

Can you believe its going to be July tomorrow??? So many things have happened already and I am pretty sure much more are going to happen. I am just in a reflective mood today because surprisingly, there's not much work to do here in the office and I am bored. But don't tell the boss that. Anyway, like I said many things have happened during the 6 months; in the aspect of my personal life I have gotten pregnant and now in my 27th week, hubby's work got extended meaning I won't be seeing him until December, Ozzy's almost 3, he is very talkative and has improved a lot with his vocabulary, antics and dance moves! We also took the plunge and invested in a good lot for our family and saved up. Big steps if you ask me. Steps which hubby and I are taking day by day, working hard to give our family a better future. All in all I'd say it was a good first half of the year.I am pretty positive the second half of 2009 would be better.

Some of the memorable events of the past months all over the globe have been Manny Pacquiao's victory over UK's Ricky Hatton, Hayden Kho - Katrina Halili et al video scandal, that girl 'Nicole's' retraction regarding being raped by US Lance Corporal Daniel Smith, Rihanna-Chris Brown blowout and the most recent death of Farrah Fawcett and the King of Pop Michael Jackson.
