I think I've figured it out. Remember I was taking about Paypal Transfers here and why I was charged a fee? Well I tried to transfer some money today - tried the personal tab instead of the purchase tab and lo and behold, it worked. I was not charged for the transaction this time.
So that's it. I should choose the right tab!!! Lol. Good to know.

buti kamo nabasa ko ung entry mo before i transfered some funds to faye. bumibili kasi ako ng bag. hehe. i tried using the personal tab and walang charge.
